I would like to call the attention of everyone who likes to play video games or music. Everyone knows Guitar Hero for game stations, right? Well guess what? It's back! Only this time it's for the newest game system yet. Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will be coming out Oct. 29, 2007 for the Nintendo Wii. Those wanting the game should place pre-orders with game stores or it might not be available until next year.
The new game will have better graphics and new characters to play. All the guitars are wireless which gives you more room to rock out of your "stage" in front of all your adoring fans. This time the guitars have removable faceplates that can be personalized!
Guitar Hero is a fun way to be a rock star. You first get to pick the person you want to play. There're big beefy guys or punk rocker girls. Next comes the choosing of your guitar. You could get one that looks like an axe, the classic V shape in many colors, or one with a double neck. Then you can pick your own level of difficulty. First timers, I advise you to play easy. Colored notes will move on the screen. You press the color according to what it says and strum. For extra points, use the whammy bar on the long notes. You can also play against other players to get high scores, high scores unlock new songs!
It's adding new songs as well as keeping some classics. We all remember "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by The Darkness. Other artists also include Avenged Sevenfold, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Ozzy Osborne. The classic artists featured are Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Kiss and Lynyrd Skynyrd's, "Free Bird". To all the music lovers and gamers, better jump on the ball, or in this case guitar, and preorder now while you can still get it.
