The menu offers a wide variety of Chinese favorites, from the ever popular sesame chicken to a more posh Peking duck. The dishes are served with sauces and broths that are made from scratch under the direction of Chef Peter Wang.
Start out with a warm bowl of Wonton soup and a cold glass of sweet tea. Look over the menu to see what sounds good. How does shrimp, chicken and scallops, sautéed with mixed vegetables sound? Maybe add a little of Chef Wang's special brown garlic sauce to spice up the flavor. Wang's also prepares "Healthy Choices," like the steamed chicken with sugar snap peas, asparagus, broccoli and green beans.
The restaurant's interior presents a clean, simple Chinese/American setting, with conventional Chinese paraphernalia throughout the restaurant, and a TV in the center broadcasting the latest sports stats. The service is timely. The food is well-prepared. And the kitchen offers to alter any dish in accordance to how the customer prefers it.
Wang's delivers with a $15 minimum. The prices range from $5.75- $6.50 during the lunch hour to $8.75- $25.95 for dinner. Wang's hours: Mon.-Thurs. 11a.m.-9p.m., Fri.-Sat.11a.m.-10p.m., Sun. 11a.m.-9p.m.
